Adding employee photo in my xmlp report

I have employee images store in PS_EMPL_PHOTO table. These images are viewable via PeopleSoft Citizenshi page.
I am creating an XML Publisher report and want to have the employee's images to be included in the report. Any idea how could I do it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
