OID instance not installing - fussion applications test

Hello All,

I have a situation - OID cannot create an instance and fails constantly .... This is part of a Fusion applications test installation. What has been done so far :

The installation guide being used is : E21032-02 Oracle® Fusion Middleware Enterprise Deployment Guide for Oracle Identity Management (Oracle Fusion Applications Edition)
 11g Release 1 (11.1.2)

--using NFS for all existing servers :
--OS OEL 5.7

1. Install Jrockit : /u01/app/oracle/product/fmw/jrockit-jdk1.6.0_29-R28.2.2-4.1.0
2. Installed Weblogic 10.3.5. from generic jar : /u01/app/oracle/product/fmw
3. Installed IDM from the fusion applications distributive -  11.1.1.2

Type: Install Software - Do Not Configure
Location: /u01/app/oracle/product/fmw/idm
