ATP Scheduling Issue

Hi,

Can anyone please let me know how to solve the error "Scheduling Failed: The requested item or one of its components is not collected"

I have gone thru some of the metalink notes and ran the complete refresh of the data collections. The problem right now is only with Internal Sales orders having a star bom item on them.

Any help would be appreciated.
