ODAC 11.2.0.2 64bit

Hello,

we have an existing 11.2.0.2 - 64 bit database server installed (by OUI). Now we want to add the Database Extensions for .NET. I can only find a xcopy-based installation package for version 11.2.0.2 where the README.TXT file says "The files of this zip file is NOT to be installed on top of an existing Oracle Universal Installer (OUI) based Oracle Home installation". Can we use this package anyway without screwing up the existing installation, or is there an OUI-based installation for ODAC 11.2.0.2 anywhere?
