Unable to login into Application Designer for a sepcific instance

Hi Gurus,

    I have an issue with logging into the Application Designer, While logging into a specific instance, I am getting an error "INVALUD USERNAME OR PASSWORD"  though the username and password are correct. I am able to login into other instance properly with no problems.  I am working on PeopleTools 8.51 and Windows environment.

   Please advise what could be the possible causes of this failed logins for that specific instance.
