Changing the View to and From Dates on the Notes tab within Advanced Collections

Morning,

We presently use the Oracle R12.1.3 system, and several of our users have asked whether it is possible to change the default 'View to' and 'From' dates that are displayed on the Notes tab within Advanced Collections? 

As it stands the notes default to a date 3 months in the past from the day of viewing - although it is possible to amend this date to further back in the past to bring up a complete history of all of the notes on the record, is it possible to change the default to be a larger period of time?
