Cannot authenticate to EBS11i instance using OAM10g and IWA using EBS Accessgate

 Hi,   I have integrated my EBS 11i (11.5.10.2) instance with Oracle Access Manager 10g (10.1.4.3) using the EBS Accessgate by following note 975182.1, so my users can authenticate to my EBS instance without entering any credential.  I am also using IWA (Integrated Windows Authentication) where my Webgate 10gR3 is installed on Windows 2008 64bit server with IIS 7.0.  I've tested my Webgate and IWA, so I can access the Diagnostic page fine with http:// IIS_host:port/access/oblix/apps/webgate/bin/webgate.dll?progid=1.  I've created a test page where I also created a test IWA policy and Authentication Scheme in the Access Manager for testing IWA, and it is working fine.  The redirection from IIS to the Weblogic server is also working fine by using the Windows plugins (ie, iisproxy.dll, iisforward.dll) on my IIS 7.0 server.  I am also using MS AD 2003 to synch my AD users into my OID 11g repository.  I am using OID11g (11.1.1.4), WLS (10.1.3.4), and OAM 10gR3 components (Identity Manager, Access Manager, Policy Manager, and WebPasss) on my Redhat Linux 5 64bit server.
