Multi Threading MRTRTV.PC

How to Multi thread MRTRTV.PC batch?
 Increased No:Of threads from 1 to 10 and commit_max_cntr to 1000 in Restart_Program_status, however the batch failed to process any records.

Is there something missing that could multi thread this batch.?

Performance issue has been reported on this batch and hence trying to improve the performance by multi threading it.

Please advice.
