use default REPLYTO for FNDCMMSG notifications

The REPLYTO address for Concurrent Manager Message (FNDCMMSG) notification emails is the email address of the person who submits the concurrent job.  We'd like to change this to the default REPLYTO for workflow mailer.  The FNDCMMSG templates SIMPLE_REQ_COMPLETION and REQ_COMPLETION_W_URL both use the #WFM_REPLYTO attribute.  It seems that removing the #WFM_REPLYTO attribute from these templates would resolve this issue.  Is this the best way to resolve this?
