Steps to reproduce the issue=======================
Purchasing>Create an iProcurement Requisition>Submit for Approval to Manager>Wait for Workflow background Process>No Email received

Verification
=========
Workflow Administrator Web (New)>Status Monitor>Search for Workflow>Click on Activity History>Check for Approve Requisition Notification(but no email)

Do you know what things to check for this issue related to Notification Mailer?
