TDS for Provisional transactions -reg

Dear Friends, 

If invoices are not received before closing of books, Journals will be passed for recording the expense; Income tax act requires to deduct tax at the time of credit or payment.  

How to deduct tax deducted @ source and can achieve all of the functionality of reporting in quarterly return.
