MIGRATING RAD infromation from Oracle 10g AS to Weblogic Server Suite.

We have a portal running applications developed in forms/reports on Oracle 10g AS, which needs to be upgraded to weblogic.

Is it possible to install weblogic suite  ( forms/Reports ) and 11g infrastructre on new servers and then import the RAD information from Oracle 10g AS.

If possible please let us know how we can do it.
