Upgrade OID from 11.1.1.5.0 to 11.1.1.6.0 -- all custom configs reverted to default

Just FYI in case anyone else out there is updating OID from 11.1.1.5.0 to 11.1.1.6.0, all of our custom configuration settings got reset to default when we did this upgrade.  For example, orclldapconntimeout, orclmaxcc, orclmaxlogsize, orclsslauthentication etc.  We also found that anonymous binds, although supposed to be allowed by default, were not allowed.  We had to set the orclanonymousbindsflag back to a 1 after applying this upgrade. 
I think the same situation would apply for anyone updating from 11.1.1.3.0 or 11.1.1.4.0 to 11.1.1.6.0. 

We ended up comparing all of our custom configs against what they used to be and resetting them as desired.
