NullPointerException and mailer crashes

Hello,

Our production notification mailer service is crashing frequently and it's observed that, after  getting java.lang.NullPointerException  for 5 times, it crashes ( SYSTEM DEACTIVATED ).  

We are getting java.lang.NullPointerException for both INBOUND & OUTBOUND processing. Below is the encounter of  java.lang.NullPointerException in FNDCP*txt log file.
