Installing PeopleSoft FSCM 9.1 Feature Pack 2 demo and applying maintenance packs

I'm attempting to create a PeopleSoft 9.1 Feature Pack 2 demo environment with all available maintenance packs applied.  We installed the baseline and then tried to apply maintenance pack 7 cumulative and the change assistant applied the project fine and did the database alters fine, but the DMS scripts had quite a few issues with views with missing columns and views that referred to views that weren't there.  When we ran the DDDAUDIT, nothing too bad just a couple of views that were in the database but not in app designer.  The SYSAUDIT though was 26 pages and had issues like
