Applying Maintenance Packs and PeopleTools Patch on PeopleSoft Financials

Hi ,

We are in the process of applying Maintenance Packs and Tools Patch to one of our client.   The MP's and Tools Patch has already been applied in DMO and COP (Copy of Production) environment for testing. Need your expert advice in minimizing the time when applying the Maintenance Packs on production.  Find below the details and our questions on applying the MPs on Production environment :

Tools Version : 8.49.17 (To be upgraded to Tools Patch 31)
Product Version: Financials/SCM 9.0 current MP version of PROD :MP 8

MP 11 cumulative
MP 12 delta
MP 13 delta
MP 14 delta
MP 15 delta
MP 16 delta
Bundle  38,39 and 40
ESA Bundle 38,39 and 40
