Delinquencies not showing in Advanced Collections

Hi,

We have just started setting up Advanced Collections and I noticed that there are no delinquencies data showing for a given customer that has overdue invoices.

Is there a concurrent program that needs to be run before you can see the delinquencies or do you need to setup a scoring component/engine?

Any help would be much appreciated.
