OIM 11g Dynamic Lookup Tables

I have a requirement to populate the drop-down box for a request with dynamic data (it may be different for each requestor/requestee combination).  To make things even more complex, the data cannot be stored within OIM and must be obtained through a web service call.  Does anyone have a suggestion of how this might be accomplished or if it is even possible?
