Email - delivery option (12.1.3) with authenticated mail server

Hi,
While submitting concurrent request user used delivery option to email its concurrent output to the receiver.
The request is completed succesfully and no error in ICM or OPP log but the email is not received.

We use authenticated mail server and from the log in mail server I can see that there is an authentication error regarding this email.
The FND: SMTP Host and FND: SMTP Port has been set properly.

How to solve this problem? Please advise.
