Primary and Secondary DNS is not synchronize

Hi,
Please help me because my primary and secondary DNS is not synchronized. I am using Solaris 10 with DNS Bind version 9.6-ESV-R5-P1. What are the things need to do inorder for the secondary DNS to synchronize with the primary DNS. How do I check to know that my primary and secondary DNS is synchronized.
