Problems with Dispatching and View Printable POs using XML Publisher

We are currently testing for an upgrage to 9.1 and would like to make use of XML publisher for dispatching/printing POs.

The problem is that sometimes the PO that is produced cuts off the bottom part of the PO and we no longer get SUT totals/ PO Totals or comments that generally appear at the bottom of our POs

I can select any existing PO in the system and hit view printable version over and over and find that it usually prints as expected but about 10-20% of the time the totals and comments are gone.   In testing we find that even the dispatching via email sometimes cuts off the PO so this problem is not specific to view printable version.
