Operational Data Levels in Collections header

Hi Gurus,

I have just read the document and get confused about the two concepts of customer data view

1. Customer view uses the TCA ' party ' concept.

2. Account view uses the AR ' customer ' concept.

To me, one customer just have one account number, so what is the point here to have both of the views? what are the differences between the above two concepts?
