Collections Manager (HTML) showing no delinquent data

Hi,

We are in the process of implementing Advanced Collections and I have come across this issue when logging into the Collections Manager responsibility.

When logging into the Collections Manager responsibility and navigating to the Delinquent area, there doesn't appear to be any delinquent data showing. The user logging in has both Collections Manager and Collections agent roles and can clearly see delinquent invoices with the Collections Workbench (within Collections Agent responsibility) but nothing in the Collections Manager HTML screen.

To me this appears to be very strange. I have logged a Servce Request with Oracle Support for some assistance.
