WF Mailer

Is there any way to change the FROM nobody@inl.gov from NOBODY to something that exists at our site.  We do not use the IMAP and we're not expecting them to REPLY per say to the FROM  in the WF Notification Mailer, however, in these days of SPAM/Cyber attacks we have users that may not open their email if it comes from nobody@inl.gov   which the domain is at least our companies domain but the NOBODY portion throws it off.  Again remember we don't use IMAP so is there another way to do this, the configureable piece of REPLY-TO Address is working well from our configuration in WF, that is not an issue, it's WHERE the email appears it's coming from is:  I.E.
