Using out of the box Collections Component in Receivables

Hi Folks,
Is it possible to just use the collections component in receivables without doing any initial setup or no? I mean I am trying to run the IEX:Scoring Engine Harness to determine the delinquency status of our customers, but nothing is being scored. We just did an upgrade from 11.5.10 to 12.1.3.

All I want to see is the Collections Status of the customers to be delinquent when the aging shows that there is an amount due. But it still shows up as current.

Please tell me if I am missing some thing.
