Hi,

I am doing a presentation for a current ebs 11i customer, preparing for a r12 upgrade.

They have asked about:

What are the difference between Collections and Advanced collections?

Which functionality requires an advanced collection license?

They want to be sure only to use the functionality they are entitled to with their financials license.
