e-SSO client and PAUSE

Hi,

Newbie here and hope I'm in the right place.  This support site is very intimidating.

We are upgrading from Passlogix v-GO to Oracle e-SSO LM v11.1.1.5.2.  Some users, including me, are having PAUSE issues.   When using the pause function the icon in the system tray should gray out. Instead it disappears (shuts down).  SSO then needs to be restarted from Start\Programs.  We are on Windows 7. Users on XP are not having this problem.  Anyone got a fix to this?
