Strategy and Next Task not displaying within Lifecycle Tab
After successfully running the IEX: Strategy Management program, I can clearly see the Strategy assigned to the Customer and the various work items belonging to it. However, when I enter the Lifecycle tab which shows the delinquent transactions, they do not have the Strategy and Next Task fields populated. Is there a logical reason why this is so?
Am I missing something here? Is there a concurrent request or workflow that populates these fields.
