Problems with Oracle.Data.Access library at migration from Win Xp 32 bit to Win 7 64 bit

My intention is to migrate a bunch of desktop applications which were written in C#/Vb.net from Windows XP 32 bit to Windows 7 64 bit.

They are using Oracle.Data.Access  library in project reference and on the machine  were they are compiled  and published oracle client is installed on drive,  one issue which I face now is that these 64 bit new machines where I want to run applications  have Oracle client installed either on C: or drive and as you might guess  when by chance if an application  is deployed on a machine where oracle client resides on drive C:

Howdy, Stranger!
