PEOPLESOFT / ORACLE MOBILE APPLICATION

I would simply like to know if there is a mobile app that can be used for all of our Talent Management consultants.  We are PeopleSoft version 9.0 and will be upgrading at some point next year.  Currently, we have over 250 global talent management resources that enter their time through the Travel & Expense Center (Travel & Expense Center >  Time  Report  >  Create).  Instead of having these users sit down in front of their laptop or desktop, we want them to be able to enter their time on the go, through the mobile application, on their cell phone
