R12 Upgrade | Calls form functionality in 11i
Hi,
We are in process to upgrade our oracle applications to 12.1.3. In 11i, we are currently using Customer Calls form to capture the collection status of a particular transaction based on the communication with customer and we also capture the follow up date/action.
How can we leverage the similar functionality in Oracle collections as Customer Calls form is not available in R12. I am aware that we can use notes to capture the transaction specific notes like call back, unpaid reason. But I could not found any place where a follow-up date can be captured for a particular transaction. Please help.
