Merging tree with OVD

Hi All ,
I want to build a virtual directory from multiple adaptors ( mostly ldap ) and have to merge all into a single one .
Ex : Dir 1 ; dc=people,dc=agency,dc=org
       Dir 2 ; dc=users,dc=dep,dc=agency,dc=com

     ......

    need to merge all users into a single one like , dc=users,dc=allagencies,dc=org

   Do you known which plugin have to be used and how
