R12 upgrade | Only Loans Tab is appearing on Collections form

 Hi,
We are in process to upgrade our oracle applications from 11.5.10.2 to R12.1.3. Also in 11i, we have not implemented Advanced Collections. So after upgrade on test, the collections form in receivables responsibility only shows the 'Loans' tab. But with 'Collection Agent' responsibility all the tabs on collections form are appearing. Could you help in resolving the issue?
