Alter Tables - ALLTABS project.

We are in process of application upgrade from HR 9.0 to HR 9.1 FP 2010 .
We finished the initial and first test move , started the 2nd test move and we noticed a starge behaviour while generating alter without delete for alltabs project , the change assistant did not generated the alters for all the tables in the alltabs project it skiped some tables, this did not hapened in intial and 1st test move.

Any info regrading this is much appriciated.
