PSQRYSRV Timeout for latest tools releases

On all older version we set set this value to 1800 sec so that the query does not fail
 if you do this you need to change Jolt receive timeout in web profile
- we think this is bad idea as a standard - should encourage scheduled queries instead
- and definitely not use Query Manager to process long-running queries

Any recomendations on PT 8.50 and above
