Email Invoice as Attachment functionality in 9.1
We have both individual consumers (John Smith) and Corporate entities (Medtronic) set up as customers within PeopleSoft. The Corporate entities generally have multiple address locations with a contact associated with each address locaiton, we store the email address on the contact. The individuals typically have one address location, but do not have any contacts associated with the address. We are hoping to email invoices to both of these types of customers.
It seems that the email address is pulled from the contact record. What if we do not have a contact associated with the customer record as is the case of individuals? Is there a field on the customer record we can use to store the email address so that it will picked up to allow emailing of the invoice?
