where in OAM 11g it define the host for OIM for password management purpose

In OAM 10g, we can find the "password change redirect URL" defined at "Identity System Console" -> Password Policy.
Where in OAM 11g, the "password change redirect URL"  is defined ?

I have an environment, the OIM host name is wrong in the password change URL, but I do not know how to change it.

Typically after you login to OAM, if OAM detect the user need to change its password, it will redirect user to the
password change URL hosted by OIM.
