Notification of action required - no employee associated with user - problem fixed but WF can't see
I am absolutely sure there is a really simple answer to this but I have been unable to find it so far!
I have received the above notification and I have resolved the issue within EBS by associating an employee with the user id, but WF clearly can't see this yet as it continues to report the same problem! I realise there must be some process or refresh I must run in order to pick up the change but I have no idea what it is. I have tried the WF Synchronize Local tables process and also (in desperation) Fill Employee Hierarchy, but nothing has worked so far. Can any of you help me please?
