OAMSSA-14003: Policy runtime failed.

 Hi,
When I access a protected resource, it direct me to a customized authentication page, after authentication, I got the following error

"System error. Please re-try your action. If you continue to get this error, please contact the Administrator."

The customized page was working properly until we upgrade to BP03. The following is the backend log. Any suggestion?
