Secure FTP without password.

 Apologies if this is in the wrong place.  I'm new to this.

Under Peopletools>Utilities>Administration>URLs it is possible to create a URL object to use in PeopleCode that will transfer files to an external server.  However, I can't see how to create an object that uses a private key rather than a password.  Is it possible to do this transfer without password with PeopleSoft?
