Message during Portal login

Hello Experts,

    While trying to login into PeopleSoft Portal, I am gatting a message, which inturn is showing me the URL of the portal. Ones I click OK, I am able to login properly into the portal and work with no issues.

    We are working on PT 8.51.15 and Windows 2008 R2. I am attaching the problem we are facing in our portal. Request some expert advices to resolve this issue.
