Stupid question, deleting a tree/subtree in my OID with server chaining will not affect my AD?

Hi,

I have setup a server chaining using WLS 11.1..1.6 and OID 11g. I havve mapped up the our AD so I can see it in my OID. But I would like to delete my AD tree in OID.

Im 99% sure it will not affect our AD. Will it?

The reason I wouldl ike to delete it is that I can see the structure of our AD , but I cant see all users.

any ideas (if I can fix this I dont have to delete)?
