OID 11g - HI AV - Changing hostname

Hi
I have been researching the tasks I have to do to change the hostname on an OID 11g  - HI AV
Please, could you confirm if all these steps are needed and if there are more steps ?

• To change it on the oid server -->Oracle® Fusion Middleware Administrator's Guide for Oracle Internet Directory 11g Release 1 (11.1.1) -> 10.2 Configuring an IP Address for IP V6, Cold Failover Cluster, or Virtual IP
