Placeholder for capturing Collection Probability

 Hi,
In collections module, we are looking for a placeholder where collector can capture collection probability against each due transaction, in terms of 'Will Pay', 'Wont Pay' or 'May Be'. 
Alternatively, can we capture collection probability in terms of collection percentage?
Please help.
