IPMP Failover

Hello

I have issues on 3 solaris 10 servers of IPMP link disconnection time to time and it failover to other interface (then failes back to original)

This is happening very often. I have checked with network team and there is no log found for network disconnection in the switch side

We have changed the Autonegotiaion to Fiexd 1G and tested, still it is failing time to time.

Any idea
