Please Verify Posted Procurement Card Transactions

The delivered e-mail notification states in the body "To verify individual transactions, click on the Procurement Card Transactions Detail link.
Procurement Card Transactions Detail

To automatically verify all procurement card transactions, press Set and Continue.

I would like to remove the message "To automatically verify all procurement card transactions, press Set and Continue" and the Set and Continue button. Is this possible ? I have searched MOS with no joy and apologies if this not the correct community
