obsequence corruption

Hi All,

We have a strange problem happening in our environment our environment has a complete IDM suite. We have Oracle Access Manager of version 10.1.4.3.0 and identity server of 11.1.1.3 .Frequently we are facing with problem of Sync Record  corruption in the environment following the restart by deleting the corrupted values as a solution .Later we have investigated and enabled usermanagement node so the the user sync request would be stored under the usermanagement node

                                               Here we are looking ahead in designing a script where it deletes the old obseqno from the environemnt.can you please help us with the designing of the script and can you let me know is there any other approach to deal with this problem I mean is there any solution that this problem can be permanently removed from the environment
