Validating Oracle Access Manager

Hello,
In the process of installing Oracle Fusion Applications, I have installed and configured Oracle Access Manager. I was trying to validate the same with the following command:

java -jar oamtest.jar

I get the screen and enter the values and when I click on "Connect" I get the following message:

[request][connect] no
[response] Connection to access server not available

Can someone let me know what am I missing.
