OID status and version don't display correctly in FMW Control after upgrading to 11.1.1.6

After upgrading OID from 11.1.1.5.0 to 11.1.1.6.0 OID the status in FMW Control shows that it's down. However, using command line utilities such as oidctl and opmnctl show that OID is up. Also the version displayed in FMW Control is still 11.1.1.5.0. OPatch output and OID schemas both display 11.1.1.6.0.Is this a known issue? I was unable to locate anything on this in MOS.
