how to implement between peoplesoft and 3rd part SSO ?

Hi all,
my company have been using a third-part sso system, but i can not find a solution to implement the single signon wiht peoplesoft.

is it possible to login to peoplesoft system with third part authentication user ?

i will have to implement it below .

user login to my compay portal           |    ==> 3rd part SSO |=> other systems
______________________________|                                 |=> PeopleSoft ( PeopleTools: 8.52.06 )

please guide me..
